In Studio

Unfortunately, the studio space I am in is limited by a steep flight of stairs from the street. There is a handrail and the stairs are carpeted. The bathroom is gender free. Once on the second floor, the surface is flat - half carpeted and half linoleum. Lights can be adjusted. Outside sound is sometimes audible, but generally, it is a quiet space. It is a low scent environment, but I cannot guarantee "no scent". A variety of seating options are available, including a small sofa and several kinds of chairs.

Online

My services are also available online, which may be a good option for those with limited mobility. I use the Jane App for most calls, but can also use Zoom or another platform if that works better for your location.
